Getting reported & suspended because of toxic players in dungeons

So I was running a timewalking Classic dungeon and because my tank who was a prot paladin decided he wanted to grab every mob he could as well as the boss and then die because of level difference so I can’t heal him on top of mechanics and debuffs he proceeds to have a roid rage. I was nasty back but I’m the one who gets reported and suspended while roid rage Little Jimmy gets to go on playing and probably not even being punished. I was suspended for a week because I’d been silenced for a week previously because of getting angry at players in Classic AV.

If you want to discourage players from being social or talking to each other at all in any capacity in group finder, continue punishing them while ignoring who instigated it to start. Would strongly advise people playing healers in Classic Timewalking right now to ignore everyone you get grouped with since little kids can’t control their emotions and you get punished for defending yourself.

Not “but”. Therefore. You were nasty back, therefore you got reported and suspended.

Yeah, you don’t say…

Seems like the system is working correctly?

Instead of posting, you should take your timeout like a man, little Andy.

It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.

Sounds like you might have an anger issue and respond poorly to stress.

It’s a game, who cares what other people say or do? Don’t waste your energy on them.

lol

This is epic, I get it though. People complain about me all the time and I rarely report anyone, I am sure people report me from time to time.

My opinion is they should not ban/suspend anyone for chat related issues unless they are obscene. People can enable the bad word filter or ignore people which is what anyone in big boy pants would do.

The reason people report you is because they feel offended and they want to hurt you more than you hurt them.

people in big boy pants would follow the rules they agreed to.

Pretty much man. Little Jimmy has a roid rage because he died after doing something stupid and it’s YOUR fault. WoW is great for teaching people how to not be held accountable for their own actions.

Surely this is a troll post…

Nevermind, there are people that lack this amount of self-awareness.

looool, rest in peace, young man, there’s a heaven for a G.

I get it reading is hard and acknowledging that some players are so dumb that they’ll blame you for something they did. Kinda exactly like what this roid rage kid did but he won’t get punished for it.

Uh huh. Very hard. Post this is the CS forums so one of the blues there can also chime in

So you deserved the suspension, and also this wasn’t the first time you’ve gotten a chat penalty.

You won’t be told actions on his account. Just like we wouldn’t know until you told everyone in this thread.

Hmm, yes, quite, indubitably

This is what you should do. They will get to the bottom of this for you.

Always a joy when they bring receipts.

Work on your self control OP.

It’ll help you IRL too.

Projection, you admit to losing it then point the finger and start crying about little kids.

Seriously?

Learn from this and it won’t have been for nothing, otherwise it’s just a step backwards.

Turn off your chat and it’s a better game. That’s honestly my advice for every online title under Activision.

Also, you have no idea what the outcome was for the other player. If it was as nasty as you claim, they likely got the same punishment. But you sound like you add to the problem.
