I currently have rank 1 Worldvein Resonance essence, but I never did the rank 2 quest from the follower mission board while gathering the 3/3 worldvein reports from doing island expeditions for the past 3 weeks. The quest for rank 2 on the mission table disappeared when I received the mission for rank 3.
So my question is, would I be able to upgrade my Worldvein Resonance from rank 1 to 3, since the quest for rank 2 is no longer available?
