Am I the only one that get really annoyed by being carried like that by the Kyrian, and the Stoneborn to a lesser extent?

I’m going to make an appointment with the chiropractor after finishing Bastion. I’m a little worried about my shoulder joints after being carried around like that so much. Does Oribos have good doctors? 
I wasn’t annoyed by the concept of being flown around by blue people. It’s the terrible visuals that they decided to use which bother me. It looks simultaneously ridiculous and hilarious. My character suddenly becomes a statue at a 45 degree angle while it’s flung about from side to side. It just looks cheap as hell.
