Does anyone have a complete list of where various races can participate in Day of the Dead? I sent my panda to Northrend Dalaran, worked fine, as expected. I took my dark iron to Ironforge, successfully. And really curious to see what would happen, I went to Darnassus with my void elf! She got the quest done, no problem! Does race even matter to this quest anymore? Can allied races show up to any city in their faction?

XuFu has an article on the holiday with locations where each race can go to celebrate. I can’t link it but it is currently on its front page. The Dalaran and Shattrath appear to be wild cards where any race can go.
