Hi all.
It would appear I have accidentally sold my Gilded Dracthyr’s Tabard. I tried to get it restored but it was not on the list, which I assume meant I sold it outside the restoration cut-off.
I would like to ask if there is another way to get the Gilded Dracthyr’s Tabard, or do I have to make a new toon just so I can have it physically?

As far as I can tell there’s no way to re-acquire the tabard. You’re not even able to make a new Drakthyr on the same server without deleting your current one.
Has it been a week since you lost/sold the tabard? You may try signing out of your account, signing back in and seeing if that refreshes the item list.

Doubt they added it, but did you check the tabard vendor?
I’m pretty sure it’s been more than a week since I lost the tabard. It wasn’t in the list in the item restoration option, and I think I last saw it around January.
At least no I know I have a 1 week window of opportunity for restoration.
Thanks for your info. I think I will consider just rerolling my Dracthyr. Aspects know I’ve rerolled so many times for less.
You will have to make a new character to get the tabard. That being said, it is soulbound, so you almost definitely have the option to transmog it. And IIRC the tabard doesn’t serve any other purpose beyond aesthetics so you should be good.
First place I checked after my bank was the tabard vendor in the guld building at Stormwind.
Alas, it’s not there.
Seriously @OP, just do this. Buy any other tabard and just mog it. If you get one of the old racial ones you can even get the benefit of the added rep for that race even if it’s mogged to the Dracthyr one.
It’s less about having the look of the tabard and more having the item itself. Collecting stuff is one of the things I enjoy in an MMO and having the item scratches the collection itch.
