Getting error : WOW51900331

Im getting error WOW51900331 when logging into the game. I subscribe (6-month) to the to classic WOW 3 days ago. Was able to play the game right after subscription. Logged into the game the following day and was getting an error BLZ51914400. Tried searching the net for solution, tried troubleshooting steps that I could find, uninstalled the game twice. I ended opening a ticket. A GM replied, recommended that I add authenticator. So, I added authenticator.
Logged into the game again, this time Im getting error WOW51900331.
I updated the ticket with this error, but someone closed it with the following resolution:

"Since you’ve exhausted the steps available through customer support, the next best course is to seek assistance from the broader community through forums, consult with a local tech expert, or contact your Internet Service Provider if you suspect a connection issue. Sometimes, the issue might require more specialized knowledge or diagnostics tools that aren’t readily available through our standard support channels.

Contact Activision Support if you’re experiencing issues with playing/launching any Call of Duty game."

I don’t understand. What’s going on with support team.

I hope I can get some help here.

That’s the same response I got too
 very frustrating.

Same, something weird going on

Hello,
I am trying to login to the 10.2.7 PTR and having difficulty. I’m also receiving the 5190003331 error code or an app crash.

I too got the generic response from Blizzard. They’re relying on players to fix things and that is ridiculous.

Getting it with Classic WoW, but not Dragonflight. A very odd state of affairs here.

Update: I figured out why mine wasn’t logging in. For some reason it was set to the free trial account I set up a long time ago instead of my main account. I literally haven’t changed to that account in years, especially with the Classic log in. Very very strange.

Same, started with patch from today. The one before was fine. 2 different system. 1 AMD CPU & GPU, the other Intel CPU and Nvidia GPU. Mine is error 51900223. 10.2.6 works fine. One on windows 10 and one on 11

The retail client works perfectly. Never any disconnects or anything, well, out of the ordinary. Always get one every once in awhile.

Support team is typical blizzard support. It’s all our fault. They don’t know anything so ask the community.

Hey all,

I think there a few issues happening in this thread.

If you’re disconnecting before you can login, do you have the correct patch of the game installed? Did you try reinstalling?

If you’re having any trouble with the PTR, you’d want to seek support in the forum for that version of the game: Dark Heart (10.2.7) PTR Discussion. This tech support area is for the live game.

If you started playing and then subbed, you may be experiencing an issue with the account categorization, like Ezeyin mentioned.

I wasn’t telling you to reinstall. The first if/then clause doesn’t apply to your situation because the PTR is not the live game, so the advice doesn’t either.

I am now having the same error message.
Support says to let the community do their job. I don’t think they looked at all the dx logs they asked me to send them.
I have a new computer and a new router so it’s not on my side.
Every thing worked fine for about 4 weeks then constant disconnects. This is why I got a new computer in the first place and I thought everything was fixed.
My only new option is to get a new internet provider but I don’t think that’s the problem.
My error code is: WOW51900319
