I’ve gotten disconnected twice yesterday after maintenance and the 2nd time I got the Error: WOW51900328 message. I’ve been stuck on logging in to game servers ever since and have tried every solution there is: flushing DNS, deleting Cache/WTF/Interface folders, complete delete & reinstall of Battle.net + WoW, Router reset, Event Viewer monitoring, Firewall / Antivirus settings, disabled every other applications.
I also can’t play any other Battle.net games anymore since that second disconnect.
Additional info: I’m playing from NA on NA servers.
I am experiencing the same thing. I am able to connect using a VPN.
Which ISP and what area of NA?
You said you were in HK, so this is a different issue with Twelve99 dropping traffic coming across from HK to NA.
I am in Vietnam, not HK.
ISP is Videotron and area is northeast

I found a fix. I rollback 24H2 windows update. Game runs flawlessly now. Don’t follow the green poster advices, you gonna waste ur time.
