The length of griefing people are willing to go in 2024 Classic is actually astounding. It’s made getting DMF one of the most if not most miserable experience I’ve had in WoW.
I’ve spent at least 8 hours in game time trying to get this buff.
Has anyone else had this miserable of an experience? I really think they should just make the faire appear at both cities at once…or make the fair a sanctuary. Idk this is just awful.

Sounds like you need to re-roll on a PVE server bro.
Getting the buff is a nightmare depending on the layer and the time. Horde definitely has a rougher time with it because there is a civilian mob in proximity as well as guards, and a much farther respawn point.
And before people get into the whole pvp server this and that, it doesn’t change the fact that this behavior is straight up mega griefing regardless of faction. Having 20 AFK hunters with pets on aggro is just disgusting.
My friends wanted to play on a pvp server im a pver. I always see people thinking this is a “get dunked” on response like pvp in an mmo can just blatantly be toxic and exploited and that be fine room temp iq life is black and white take
I heard it was 40 afk hunters with pets on aggressive.
In Classic it’s a lot less “can” and a lot more “is”. Sorry to hear about your friends still being caught up in 20-year-old propaganda.
I would recommend ignoring the DMF buff when it’s not in your faction’s starting zone.

Bruh, unless you are legitimately contending to get Pinkies you’re just being a clown going to those lengths. I have orange parse average and I raid in a PvP spec. You do not need to get the DMF buff.
