I was playing a character in Bastion (shadowlands) and got dis-connected. Now every time I try to log into that character I get dis-connected immediately. Anyone else having this issue or does someone have a solution? Thanks.
On another character, log on. In world, click on the ? mark, bottom right of the screen. Click on support. On support screen, scroll down, click on “Character Stuck”.
Identify what character when prompted. This should result in your Character being moved to Westvale grave-yard in the Eastern Kingdoms.
This would happen/ still does happen sometimes when I try to go somewhere I usually am not. Doing the above restores my character, but its a good chance it will happen again if I try to return to the same place before the weekly re-set.

This kind of error has happened to me many times. On one occasion, an actual person from Blizzard rescued me. They mentioned that this type of problem tended to happen more frequently in areas with large water bodies, close-by.
Idano why that would be.
