Getting Camped Discussion

So I’m leveling 117 at the time and I was being camped by two 120 players. The Hunter was maybe a day old 120 so I could bring him down to about 30% health before I died.

My question to you is, how much is to much after being camped? I had the Debuff where i’m worth no honor or experience since they just killed me. So why do it four more times? They are not getting anything out of it besides killing a low level player. Don’t get me wrong I was having fun trying to kill the 120 hunter. Just don’t see the point when i’m worth nothing after being killed for x amount of time.

If it is a close skirmish and I want to go again. I will /bow to them and than i will /sit and see if they eat up or heal themselves. Than I would take my weapons out to see if they do the same. Kind of a un-written rule for myself. If they mount up, it’s over and done with. I will /bow to them again and /bye, and be on my merry way.

Turn off warmode.

As annoying as it is they are doing nothing wrong.

Usually I find without being too obnoxious once or twice will suffice.

If it’s a blood elf, sorry, you’re going to get camped a few more times.

People who camp low levels are bads. It’s the only time they can get kills

I thought this was known by now

That’s the thing though i’m use to it. Since I’ve started playing I have always been on a PvP server. Once I hit 120 I will most likely take it off until I hit a certain iLvL. Not really complaining so to speak. I was just wondering when camping someone who is worth nothing goes from being fun to just down right cruel.

I really hope you don’t actually believe this.

Oh yeah, because I kill a sub 120 player that means I never have and never will win a fair fight. What?

They are over populated as it is. So be my guest.

Kill == camp

Yeah, yeah. The word you are looking for is griefing but then again, it’s not.

My goodness I almost miss it playing on Stormreaver where everyone either leveled a Rogue or a Warrior to 60 and parking that 60 in the zone where you were leveling an alt.

Almost is the wrong word. I don’t miss it at all.

I do that in the very low lvling zones where I will park my Main some where and pray I don’t get ganked. One is okay but if a level 100-120 wants to camp my low level 22. Than I would bring out my main and camp them.

When they camp me, I figure there is just something wrong in their lives and they need someone to take it out on. :woman_shrugging:

It might be a never ending cycle though. You get camped at low levels. So when you hit max level you do the same thing. So on and so on.

So, I hear you don’t like Blood Elves, and that you like to camp them. Comes as no surprise from such a primitive, and inferior elf species. Now scurry along back to your tree.

Someone actually brought this up to me. She told me that she thought most people who camped had been camped themselves while leveling so it was a revenge type of thing.

Maybe someone should conduct a study

How would one go about this type of study? I’m thinking asking a FB admin to create a poll and see what people say.

I mean…that’s the World PvP experience

Listen to this guy, he knows what he is talking about. But if someone didn’t understand it i’m going to make it more graphic and add something else:
