Nope. Just alts. M+ is way too boring now. We are on like season 50 of the same old crud. R+ also. Arcade mode for so long. Been there, done that.

I have a couple 616s waiting from doing delves, that’s good enough, and if they are duplicates of what I already have, not the end of the world.

How is that not a problem that you could fill out a vault that you can only loot ONCE a week and receive duplicates? You don’t see a problem here?

I mean I agree it’s annoying, but I don’t let it stress me out. Doing delves is really the first time I’ve ever cared about the vault anyway, since I rarely do dungeons and raids to begin with. Delves are easy and a quick way to hopefully get something better in the vault for me, but if I don’t, it really doesn’t matter because I don’t need higher gear for anything anyway, just nice to see an upgrade. I don’t let the annoying things in this game stress me out. 
That said, I do sympathize with everyone who needs better gear for the things they like to do, so I do feel bad in those cases for those people, just not how I roll for myself.

That’s great that you have relaxed mindset when it comes to gearing and I salute you.
Unfortunately, I’m jaded by gearing. I like playing this game but it’s becoming exhausting to play the lottery every week to be disappointed. How are we okay with this? Vault is a degenerate system for anyone who pushes +10 keys or higher. Your BIS is a roll of dice once week amongst a pool of HUNDREDS of items that can be duplicates.
Blizzard, people have complained about this for years. C’mon.

The cracks are getting bigger in their gearing design in the season. You can easily get your character to 615 from Delves. However, gearing past the champion track is too slow, gated, expensive and impossible to catch up. It depends on when you start your alt journey during this season. Even an ‘alt-friendly’ crest discount doesn’t do anything because you need 639ilvl on every slot. Nobody has a gilded discount on their alts and getting 639ilvl in every single item slot is hard.
The crafted gear equals 7.5 timed dungeons and do at least 50 dungeons if you want 7 crafted gears. You won’t join +10 groups at 620ilvl because 2800-3000 rated at 630ilvl will blow you out very hard. 2800-3000 rated at 630ilvl+ want to do +10 because they want to do keys for the weekly vaults. That means you are in LFG hell to push your key to +10 or join the group.

I don’t understand the connection between your entire first paragraph with what I said about crafted gear. I never once mentioned alts.
The 2nd half still is pretty unrelated because you can get Gilded crests from +8s to get 636 crafted gear which is 3 ilvl below max. Basically access to Myth track gear for doing +8s without relying on the Vault.
You could also easily farm your own +10 key because tons of people will apply for easy vaults. You don’t have to it in LFG hell because +8s are easy and people will join those for Crests too.

Main issue is the change to low keys and overall gearing. For the first time in many years you cannot slowly work your way up in iLVL and surpass any roadblocks you are facing, meaning those who can perform at 620 iLVL and easily bear heroic raid are stuck carrying those who historically cannot.
So that flow on means it makes the raid feel harder, everyone has to pull their weight and it just becomes a slog. Even for things like Tindral that was hard compared to the rest of the raid, you would find guilds who some days 1-2 kills, some days a dozen kills and then one shot on Fyrakk.
That’s not happening anymore, we get hard stuck, might get a lucky kill and it just doesn’t feel as rewarding.
You have no idea how bad crest grinding is. When you want to play your alts or start to play WoW late this season, log on and see some number under 100/990 Gilded Crest. That very quickly kills any desire they have to play anything. Many people stick with their main and can’t reroll into something.
I know DH who would love to reroll into something because DH is in a terrible position. He can’t reroll because he would do 80 dungeons for gilded crests and kill the desire to play anything else but the main.
You have to play the lobby simulator in Dornagal hoping for an invite to a key or make your own group. If you have +10 CoT/SoB, you won’t make a group because they are dead keys. +10 CoT has a high chance of depletion and you would have to stick with +8/+9 CoT, no one wants to go to CoT for gilded crest farming and weekly vault. Your chance of being invited to +10 keys as 620-625 at 2600s is non-existent because 630-635 at 2800-3000 will apply to +10 very fast.
Blizzard failed Mythic Plus on the gear progression, reward system and difficulty scaling. I wouldn’t surprised if the M+ run per week would nosediving.

To your point I mostly just spam mythic 10 mists to fill my vault .
