Thank you for all of your feedback, we agree that it would be best to have individual set options as well and are going to deliver those to you in the upcoming Seeds of Renewal update. All players who have completed 12 months will get the two additional sets retroactively and any new players that hit 12 months will get all 3 sets immediately.

Spitballing here but technically the set was officially announced by Blizzard on wednesday. Everything we knew about the set prior to that date was through datamining.

Acknowledging datamining in any way might be some can of worms that they don’t want to deal with? Idk, it’s the only theory I have for why it got to this stage.

Well, they could acknowledge datamining, since wowhead is the reference they use when you ask for something…Or they can use their private channels like the Community Council discord for this kind of doubts. I think that this issue and some other ones that previous happened could be avoided by just using those different tools. They usually don’t test this but we’ve examples like:

Which had a lot of feedback while being in the PTR and result in that change before hitting live servers.
