Great questions guys, please keep asking. Dont be confused by the fact that we are open to older players with families. That doesnt mean that we wont play the game seriously. The pace at which we hit 60 and start raiding may only be “semi-hardcore” but when we have the numbers we intend to start progressing aggressively. It just means that our members know that (at this point in our lives) a MMORPG shouldnt come before a sick child or another rare, unforseen event.
As far as PvP… unfortunately nowadays you have to claim to be a “PvE Guild” or a “PvP Guild” when most people really want both! The reason we are listed as “PvE focused” is because that is the only content that will have scheduled events with mandatory attendance.
I think there will be significant battlegrounds (once released), world PvP, dungeon farming, you name it on every other night of the week. And we definitely plan on getting involved in plenty of STV and Tarren Mill/Southshore battles. Nearly all of us played vanilla at launch, and we are rolling on a PvP server specifically to relive all of that glory.

We will have plenty of organized PvP events. I personally LOVED PvP in Vanilla WoW and will be making sure we are involved. Like it has been said elsewhere, however, the only events with mandatory participation are raid nights (and it is only mandatory if you’re on the roster). We have several people in the guild who don’t plan on raiding, and that’s fine! There is room in the guild for everyone who wants to join.

Hi your guild sounds like it would be for me, i am mid 40’s will roll a female human warlock as my main. I started playing late 05 or early 06, pretty muc GB in and out after wotlk. Love the idea of classic and semi hardcore raiding, i am kind and not a loot hog, love the community that a good guild brings to the table. Hiya , I just read your post and I must say we have a lot in common. Im a dad of 3 kids and cant wait for Classic to release. I play an Alliance hunter on a private server. I played WoW starting at the burning crusades to early Cat, It got to silly for me after that. Im very interested in dungeons, raids (when we get to that point) and my favorite part-World PVP. My kids are older now only one left in high school so I should be able to make the runs consistently. Thank you for your time and I hope to talk to you soon.

I just downloaded it also lol, If you enter his discord tag he’ll get back to you. Blizz hasn’t released any server info yet but its coming out soon. If you get a chance get on you tube and check out Punkrats video called “Tips for picking a server in classic WoW”.
