I honestly cant decide if I want that at all, I cant decide if it is worth installing classic
I might play MoP so installing it anyway

Got this, after installing Cataclysm Classic to play MoP Classic then creating a Pandaren Monk whom I’m unlikely to ever play again. Was fun though!

I was running the installer when I posted the thread, been working on the starter zone, think I’m close to done, I think. on the thorn quest for the turtle.

I was thinking to myself, yes finally, another mount I’d never use released. Anymore when I log in, I’m hoping to add another eyesore to my plethora of unused ugly and overly giant conveyances.

It only took me about an hour and a half to work through it on a Warrior that moves like old people. It’s worth it, and the download is pretty quick.

…my download for Classic was 62 GB.
How is that quick?
depends on your internet speed, was only like 4 min for me.
also, I just got to choose my faction and did the intro quest for it.
Never got anything that said “well done you finished the intro quest for MoP Classic” or anything like that.
Logged back into my main on retail and still didn’t any visual que of any kind, but when I checked my mounts the Sage Serpent was there waiting for me to unwrap it.
So for me, with no classic progress to speak of really, It took me just over 3hrs from download to done.

Just did this about an hour ago. Really like the color. I liked the gold, but for me it seemed too bright.

A third recolor of a mount I’m already not using twice is a big miss from me. A little more effort than leaning on the RGB slider next time.
i did that, got a nice cool mount and a brand new level 12 pandaren character!
was a great fun time

I really don’t like the way classic plays.
I miss all the QoL stuff retail has.
I don’t like the classic UI. It’s really big. So lots of things overlap and it’s hard to get used to right clicking things to interact with them.
took me like 20min to waddle up the stairs to Stormwind castle cuz I didn’t have any mounts.
Maybe elvui can save the UI part, but not sure about the rest.
I played MoP when it was live, don’t recall it looking like that at all. idk, maybe I’m mis-remembering.
Was fun but not sure I’ll keep with it.
Yea, I got the OG mount from the raid, so I really wasn’t after the mount. Just was looking for a trip down memory lane. It wasn’t

Got mine today. Ran a panda rogue. Most people in chat this morning were doing the same. I got mine done in about 2 hours and a few minutes.
Hunter might have it easiest to just cheese through it.
