Vendor is Norzko in Obsidian Rest (a fly path place)

thats not…how u get the mark of mastery. u got it from being 1600. Full clear of heroic raid. Or all m15s or something from keys 2. then u just turn it in. U only have to do story to the point of being able to unlock that area which isnt that hard.

Save your token. It’s a bad idea to craft a tier piece before vault bc you don’t know what you’re gonna roll.
What piece do you get? is it random?

It’s much safer to wait for your vault first in case you get that very same piece of tier as an rng drop

U should wait for reset but in all reality. Screw it . Likelyhood of u getting that tier is what. 1/5 for tier pieces and then 1 in 30 ish for conquest pieces? we all know ur gonna get 3 rings or a belt in the vault
