The reward for this quest is a jewelcrafting recipe. The text says it is a “one-time warband bonus”. The recipe is “bind on pickup”. Does that mean the recipe is usable by anyone in the warband? Does it mean if I complete the quest on a non-jewelcrafter character that my jewelcrafter character will never be able to get the recipe? I’ve already got an engineering recipe sitting in my bank from another quest.
