Germinating Seed

It seems like when you have this seed/quest you’re supposed to phase into the little area where the fertile soil is (all the mobs go away and the bugs for you to catch spawn).

I have the seed but can’t get the fertile soil to load. I even joined a party with someone who had it and popped it and he was phased out from me. (We both had WM off).

It would be super cool to actually rank up my Herbalism, is there any way to fix this?

It sounds like you have other quests in the area that are taking priority. I would recommend taking a look at your log and clearing those out, if any.

That the other player was phased out of your world state is pretty much conclusive.
