Here lies the problem ^^
The issue with Geomancers in Warcraft is that theyâre basically Mages/Shamans and I doubt Blizzard would be able to make enough changes to differentiate the three.
Shamans already exist. This is like asking for necromancers when DKs exist.

4th spec for all classes would be amazing. Shamanss should get geomancer
Will they be the disgaea geomancers who can change the field from having no effects to having half the tiles give +50x attack bonus for enemies or invincibility?
Didnât Shaman have an Earth type spec before they changed it? And I thought they use to be able to use two handed weapons also. I canât remember but I feel like Shaman had more Earth stuff going on early in its life cycle but could be wrong.

This is also an exceptional idea.

They had resto, elemental and enhance the same as they did now. They had a talent that allowed equipping of 2h weapons in enh tree. Earth shock had a threat modifyer built into it (similar to heroic strike for warrior) but shammy never had any tanking (damage mitigation type spells outside of a totem that reduced melee damage taken).
You could gear them towards an off tank type class that could also do damage and heal.
