I love gnomes, love them to pieces. If I ever play alliance, I’m almost always a gnome. They’re funny and smart.

I can’t stand Lalafells, they are the stupidest looking race I’ve ever seen in any MMO. They look like children, they stomp their feet like children, and I just can’t take them the least bit seriously.

It’s actually kind of bizarre how much I love gnomes but hate Lalafells.

Lalafells are the sole reason why I won’t play FFXIV.

Why play and praise lalas/potatoes when you got bnuuy people?

Tall as heck Vieras in full suits of armor are BiS.

Only thing I wouldn’t play tho is the Summoner class, as it feels like a gimped version of a Warlock. The pet is just some weird particle effect and not really a pet you control anymore or let tank/dps/kite things. Feels weird.

For me it’s the fact that turning in a quest in FFXIV is done in the most asinine way possible.

I never thought I’d say this, but those toons really do break my immersion. They seem so far outside of what a reasonable race might look like that it’s jarring.

I like Lallafels, they’re cute.

Gnomes all look like tiny little perverts.

Lalafells are cute and male gnomes are intolerably ugly. They’re just an eyesore and not even ugly in a funny way like female dwarves used to be able to be.

I abandoned my first main in WoW in part because I couldn’t stand being a gnome any longer; I only did it because my main in FFXI was basically a lalafell (tarutaru technically), and I liked it and wanted to play a similar character in WoW, and gnomes seemed like the closest thing. I gave up on my ugly gnome warlock after like seven days /played

At some point I quit and came back at the end of WotLK and tried rolling a gnome warlock again and I ended up abandoning that toon forever in early Cataclysm

no one cares about the munchkin races of mmos. theyre all just awful

except asura from gw2. they are awesome
