She’s waiting by the door and not on the platform where she should be and even if I jump off the cliff to rest the fight she’s just there waiting with 1% health and won’t die.

Did you figure this out? Having the same issue.
UPDATE: So he is not supposed to die by the player per se. For those of you running into this issue. You have to DPS him down slowly so he goes through his phases. All I used was Death and Decay for the entire fight lol. But it allowed him to go through all phases without causing that glitch.
Did your burn her too fast?

Yea, you gotta not kill her
Let her do the phase thing then do the essence for the princess
Repeat with other guy, dont let them hit 0 before both are down

Make sure to pull the red anima balls to the prince so he does his attack. It takes 5 balls IIRC. Once he does his attack the two will switch. Get to the third phase and you can burn them both down.
Just as a reference, the OP is talking about the dungeon, not the raid.
