<Genocïde> was recently formed with a singular goal set in stone. To be top 100 US (also to make dead baby jokes)

The idea behind forming this group is that there are many solid players in WoW left that are being held back for multiple reasons. Core group is “full” with RL friends, Co-raiders aren’t putting in the same time/effort as the next, attendance issues killing progress, ect. Regardless of the reason, most guilds want CE every tier, but not many make it due to multitudes of reasons. At <Genocïde> those issues will not exist, here only the most tryhard people will be accepted. The people who spend the extra hours doing the dirty work outside of raid will be considered first.

Grinding AP? screw that, but its gotta be done. M+? the most toxic, but still gotta pump out that titanforging. The list could go on forever of the chores that make Mythic raiding at a top 100 US level possible, but what it comes down to is the dedication to grind to be the best. We dont want scrubs who are looking for a carry, we dont need wishywashy peeps who log on for raid then spend the whole week fapping to pictures of Shakira.

What are our requirements you ask?

  1. Must be willing to gear an alt to equal capability. What this means is if you play the new shaman of the tier and arent able to pump the correct numbers on certain fights, instead of asking you to sit and miss progression and experience, you will be asked to log on to your alt to assist the raid in a more beneficial way. Personally I dont think BoD will have that issue, but having an alt raid ready matters.
  2. Put in the time outside of raid. Your not going to be BiS across the board, no one is, but the desire to push for it outside of raid shouldnt stop. Being the best you can be is how WE achieve the best that we can. If you raid for 6 hours a week and spend 8 hours online total a week, this is not the guild for you. We arent N@zi’s but how else do I gain situational comfortability with you if I never experience you in the oh F**K moments.
  3. Dont be a dick. We are all about trolling each other and having a good time, but the second it becomes malicious its over. No drama will be tolerated
  4. Smoke da herb. We all smoke, and if you dont we can live with it, but if its a moral compass issue for you then maybe we arent the dudes for you.
  5. Pass the interview. We dont accept applications in word form. Its cheesy and anyone can say anything. Whats most important is you being a person we want to spend the rest of the xpac with and further if your lucky :smiley:

We are looking for the best of the best and only those who want to push the guild past top 100 into top 10. We will be offering paid xfers and faction changes to the best of the best. This is not to be taken lightly, we are offering 10 paid xfers/faction changes, so, if its questionable then you may be xfering yourself as a showing of good faith, otherwise the offer stands. Raid times are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6-9pm PST. Once we get farm bosses Tuesday will become optional to reclear farm bosses and we will add Friday as a core night
