ppl will just exploit if bonus healer incentives are incentivizing enough

they could probably do better than current box, but they don’t care to, evidently

better ideas imo:

1. more flavors of viable healer and less flavors of viable dps
2. a rated solo queue that reduces healer:dps ratio (1:4 a la m+ probably the mark)
3. some combination of 1&2
