So I just hit max rank with Vizier after turning in the To Kill a Queen quest, and it took me to renown 23 with Severed Threads. This is my expected level, since Weaver and General are both rank 8 with only one to go each.
However, I immediately had a paragon cache available from Vizier for some reason, so I handed that quest in once I returned to the Weaver’s Lair. This quest erroneously gave me another 2500 rep with Severed Threads, and so I am one level ahead of where I should be (renown 24 instead of 23) given my remaining sub-reps.
