Hello and welcome to another patch day. For many, this can be a very emotional experience when the servers don’t come up within .5 seconds of your expectations. Navigating the customer support service can be a daunting task so please type your refund requests for lost time in all caps here. Make sure to mention that you pay $15 a month and this is unacceptable. Without your complaints, blizzard will never know to get the servers back up so please dedicate your new found free time to expressing your very important feelings in this thread.

Blizzard this is unacceptable. You should have moved the pre-patch to Wednesday so that I can properly complain about having to wait for the servers to be back up. /s
