Ok I am retarded and can’t understand the WOW SHADOWLANDS mechanics. Played WOW Classic for about 8 to 9 months in 2004 and left due to job. Now I am back after failing in real life (IRL) (but still have my job) and happy to play. But it is getting to confusing for me. Just need for some idea after reading WOW Head on Item level guide and how does it work.
Do we target a specific item in a Dungeon /Raid or just get some epic and just keep upgrading it ?
The recommend overall ilvl is an estimate of what kind of gear you need to be successful doing certain content. Your average is 208 right now, which will give you access to all LFR/heroic dungeon content. You’ll be able to get into low level mythics, which it looks like you’ve done a few of already. You’re a bit low for normal/heroic/mythic raids.
It looks at an average across all your gear, so as long as you continue to upgrade across the board, you’ll be fine. You can do SOD LFR to get gear with domination sockets, daily quests in Korthria, assaults in the maw, and the weekly quest from the vault. All of those will give easy upgrades.
