On 20 Jan 2025 I was in an Upper Blackrock Spire raid, and I was very excited to see General Drakkisath drop the item I’ve been farming, a Brigam Girdle, dropped. I was the only person in the raid who rolled need for it, but after rolling need the roll never completed in chat. I checked the corpse, and there were no items on the body anymore. Loot was set to Group Loot by the way. This occurred for the other item which dropped as well, a Devout Robe. One other person in the raid rolled on that and did not receive it. I submitted a GM ticket and the GM verified I had won the roll with a 40 and stated that if I did not receive the item it must have been due to a bug. I did not even see the rolls show up in my chat log. Very frustrating.
This was on Anniversary Classic Nightslayer Realm by the way.
