Dam i go to the NJ store. Atm im on at 1440p 75hz with a 1080p 144z (but yay color accuracy) plan to get a 2nd 1440p 144hz HDR and chuck the 1080p monitor away. Mainly want it for the RTX performance.
I don’t like that store. Parking lot is an accident waiting to happen and you can’t make a left out of the store to leave, f!@# jersey and their jughandles!
You have no idea how much I hate it, i dont even park in the micro center lot, I just drive straight to the lowes lot. Who ever puts a 4 way stop that close to a store entrance should be fired.

I used to drive to Fairfield, NJ 2-3x a week so I would stop at that store once a week. Sales tax is great though!

Which is probably easy to do when you have only a couple hundred units.
That would put you within driving distance of Long Island, Yonkers, Queens and Brooklyn - wish I had realized you were local, I would have told you which ones had it! Next time, if it’s showing out of stock you can just use the ‘Change’ link at the top of the page and check the other stores with one click.
Yeah, my son wants one for RTX as well as he plays some games that use it, but mom is not in a gifting mood (he did tell me he won’t forgive me if I get one for myself and not one for him 
). He has the same setup as me, but he has 2 monitors, the 27" 1440/144 and 24" 1080/60 - on my setup I have the same plus a 27" 1080/60 since I have a ton of windows open on all of them when I’m working.

Kids are so spoiled these days!
My son is spoiled too. He’s got an i5-9400, 16GB 3200mhz RAM, 525gb SSD, and an RX 570 with dual 1080p/144hz displays.
And he’s 9.

yeah I somewhat did that after reading your post however all the NY stores had the 3000 series greyed out. I did not know about that page, actually dont even know how you get to it. (thanks for the link!)
My son is in college - remote because of covid, so he’s home now.
The only reason I started playing is because he wanted a rocket mount from the recruit a friend and was too little to have any friends with money, so I bought the game for myself as a holiday gift for him. Then he made me play so he could get triple xp.
Lol, it was great bonding over the holiday break. All these years later we still play and enjoy stories of my noob days!
That was where I ended up when the first store I checked had stock, so I bookmarked it for easy access when the 3070’s come out just in case I get the itch…
That’s nice of you - I’m sure now that he’s older now he’ll remember those days forever.
My kid isn’t really interested in the higher-end aspects of the game (I mean, neither am I really, I’m a low-key/normal weekend raider) and just likes collecting mounts and cool armor sets.
We got him Legion for his 7th birthday along with his gaming PC. He makes all his characters like mine, or in some way like mine.
He has a 120 Void Elf Monk who is his “main” that he named Salardis (i felt bad laughing at him for naming himself LARD lol, but w/e) because…it’s like daddy.
Except daddy has identity issues. Sometimes I’m the big bad wolf, and sometimes I’m a smexy Void Elf mistress.
Otherwise he’s playing Minecraft with sister and mom.

Yes, daddy is ‘old wolf’ and also one of my fav GF’s on the forums! (Lily being my other fav dad/GF!).

My daughter likes unicorns and frozen 
so I named this character after her nickname and used it as my main just before legion. I also have some characters named after my son but he prefers watching Cocomelon to gaming right now. All my vanilla toons are in retirement…
