Arms is literally ~20% ahead on almost every boss, pretty significant, or “extreme”, difference.

Until something tracks w/e performance benchmarks you’re talking about all we have currently is Warcraft Logs which record DAMAGE PARSES. The numbers are what they are kiddo, clearly you haven’t checked.
