Gear Upgrades Addon/Website While Leveling?

Just a quick question, is there an addon or a website that will tell you your gear upgrades while you are leveling 1-60? I’m only ever able to find guides that are based solely on endgame pre-raid BiS gear and Raid BiS gear for phases 1 & 2, but nothing about before you get to that point.

For example, I am a mage, and I’m tired of having the Robe of Power that I’ve had for like 20 levels. I really want to find some upgrades, and there’s just nothing online that’s really helping me atm.

Browse through dungeon loot tables for your level.

Atlas loot is your best bet to find upgrades from dungeons or crafting. But you won’t find potential quest rewards in there. Just keep on truckin’ til 60
