The Update feature broke my Wargen. The update completed but i am now stuck as human in combat.
its very simple so many users have issue stuck out of high levels paying monthly just set option all those ones with issues be not paying and playing anymore till it is fixed
and will be asking bank credit card company get monthly now refunded then they fix issue

not sure if it relevant but I just had one of my characters fail repeatedly the Gear Update process. in the end I logged the character in without doing the gear update.
the character had a WoW Token in its inventory.
as part of the gear update is mailing the entire contents of your bags to yourself, and as the WoW Token cannot be mailed, I wonder if this is what breaks the gear update.
edit : confirmed. a second character had a wow token in bags and broke the gear update at the login step. gear updated 10 other characters without problem. only two with wow tokens in bags broke the gear update system.
Looking at this thread I suspect my character has a WoW token in inventory.
My level 24 has selected a gear update and now it’s stuck and says processing, with a popup message says “must log in to complete”. I’ve left it for a long time and it does not resolve. I was able to complete a gear update on a different character just fine. When I then do to log in it says I will forfeit the gear update if I log in, so I don’t want to lose it. What do I do?
