I am not sure if I missed this somewhere or what, but if I look back at all of the shadowlands sets the glow is missing completely from all of them. The mythic variants of the raid armor and the elite variants of the pvp armor are all missing the extra glow they had.
Was this intentional? A bug? Again not sure if blizzard commented on this already but I just saw it today (settings are maxed out) so no idea why all of a sudden the additional glow effects are missing.
Yeah this appears to be a bug that has been reported a few times already
It took blizz 6 months to fix conquest weapon mogs in season 1 of SL so i wouldnāt expect the glow effects to get looked at any time soon lol

It also took blizz 6 months to fix the completely missing DH meta animation transition for nelves. It was so jarring to pop meta and back and see your toon just poof without a transition animation. Considering how core that is to the DH class, you have to wonder what departments was responsible for it. Hopefully not the same one as for this new bug or it will be a loooooong time before it gets fixed. It was a big part of the reason I faction swapped my DH to horde. I just couldnāt bare to play class with such broken animations anymore.
