You created a system that doesn’t allow players to fix gear swaps. Monk in my last group gave a piece of leather gear to a Horde Evoker. A Mail user. I had asked for the piece of gear as well but the monk says s/he did not see the request. The evoker already went to town. I was still able to talk to the evoker so I thought they must have been Alliance . I also invited the player to group which also succeeded so I also went to town. I tried to open trade then got a that player is unfriendly. I hate what you have done allowed the player to receive the leather in the first place. There should be a swap mechanism. Right click on the gear. Offer it up and everybody can do standard loot options. The horde being mail and the leather piece offered by the monk should not be allowed to swap without extra alerts at the very least. I was on my Druid at the time.
