Gear swapping addon

I have a few different combinations of gear that id like to be able to swap between quickly (swapping from my pve set to a pvp set, or a tanking set etc). Is there a good addon that ppl can recommend?

Decimo is 100% correct. Item rack allows for quick gear swaps and is very easy once you understand it. I use it on my druid since I carry 4 sets of gear.

It exciting im starting to get multiple gear sets on my classic pally.

It’s a solid addon, I have different gear sets all hotkey’ed to my keypad and hot swap depending on encounters in PvP/E.

It also facilitates queuing gear up to swap when you’re able to, so when you’re dead or in combat you can toggle a swap and as soon as you res or drop combat it’ll switch everything.

Itemrack is what you want and it will change your life!

Dying doesn’t affect the gear in your bags… just what’s equipped.

Unless I’m wrong??

I use gearquipper
swaps both gear, and action bars, if you wish it to
can even 1 button rotate through gear sets

Bag gear isn’t impacted by durability loss unless you are spirit rezing though.

I’ll have to confirm on my druid. Never noticed this. You sure you’re not seeing the loss due to actively switching sets in raid?

It’s prolly just spirit rezz tbh when I just want to log off at 2AM and don’t feel like running back in to the mountain out of laziness

Isn’t there an in-game feature for this? If you go to your ‘Character Info’ and to the upper right of that panel you’ll see ‘Equipment Manager.’ This allows you to save gear sets and to swap them easily.

That’s only available on Retail.

Outfitter.

Been using it for years.

Even has settings for gear switches when you are in certain areas or doing certain things (like being in a rested area or fishing).

Edit: Also, ItemRack has been discontinued by it’s creator. Unless someone else picks it up, it will likely fail to work at some point.

For some reason, Item rack doesn’t let me change weapons in combat. Does anyone else have that problem? And if so, how do you solve it?

Swapping weapons in combat only works when you triggered the swap with a hotkey, it will NOT work if “ItemRack equip” is called via a macro or any other way that swaps items/ sets"

Healing gear, farming gear, fire resist gear and I even have one set up to take all of my gear off. Itemrack is great.
