Its been just under 2 months since I ordered a Horde hoodie from the Blizz Gear Store and just over 1.5 months since I got an email from them saying it’s “on its way!”. Since then there has been 0 updates to the order. I sent an email to inquire about it as well as a formal ticket about a week after getting the “it’s on its way!” email with 0 updates after, I even called FedEx and they confirmed they’d never received the package associated with the tracking #. There has been 0 response to the email and the ticket randomly closed about 2 weeks ago. I attempted the live chat support but was just given a bunch of non-answers and when I attempted to call the # I could find multiple times and I just sat on hold for 30min before being disconnected.
I genuinely have no idea what to do at this point. Talking to other people who have been in similar situations if I try to cancel through my bank Blizz will potentially temporarily lock my card/account from being used until giving the money back anyway.
Any ideas?

Let me update that some: Figure they are cali based so they open 9:00 a.m PST so you should call at 12:01 EST on the dot, every day, all day.
they have live support as well, you have to understand while not right to you at all this place more then likely has a bunch of people who really don’t want to work, miss that THICCC unemployment money covid era brought in and are disgruntle. you will find the one none disgruntle person one day that loves there job: even if its not the best job, and will help you.
I’m with you there, something has definitely been up with them since the relaunch, been waiting for a response since November and they don’t respond when I ask for an update.
They raised the minimum shipping cost to $114 USD (was $17) to my state in Australia, seems crazy high when you only want a keychain and I was hoping it was a mistake.
They have stores online your you can make your own stuff for a fraction of the price. And you get it too! Lol
Yeah OP, I ordered the cute ducks quacking at the moon shirt, I DID call their customer service, and I was told I’d get an email from them.
It never came.
I have ordered a lot of stuff from them. Never had a problem.
I actually dont think you did order anything from them as you would know that this is not where you go to talk about the stuff not getting to you on time.
You can get live chat with them on the store. No one from Blizzard can help you here and I think you know that. They make it very obvious what to do with your order. You only made this thread to make a scene.
Crazy how you say this yet other people in the replies confirm this and if you do any amount of research you can see this is a HUGE issue with the gear store. I posted this everywhere to get a response ASAP and hopefully draw more attention to the issue.
I get you really really wanna defend Blizzard but being intentionally ignorant helps nobody.
Edit: The hoodie showed up 2 weeks ago and I even have the original email showing the date I ordered it and pics I took of it the day it showed up as well as the FedEx text telling me it showed up. But I’m sure these are fake as well in your mind.
