I have submitted a ticket and was essentially told to come here. I made a perosnal order set with 5 start min qaulity as well as provided highest level components including the matrix and crest to reach 681 ilvl. The order history even shows this i have screenshots i can share if needed. The item was crafted taking my crest, matrix and mats but was returned at the same ilvl it was when i sent it off.
This was on moongaurd Night Elf Priest Esterial lvl 80
Did you actually purchase the correct crest and swap it out for the recraft? The only crafted item you’re using is 658 which is max ilvl for runed, not gilded.
I did yeah i spent 90 gilded crests for the upgrade materials which are both gone from my bags, and in the screenshots i took it shows both being in the crafting order.

Thanks so much ! And just to be clear for everyone, that is the page from my order history so i cant make any changes to it. Both the crest and matix are gone from my bags and nothing in the mail.

sometimes it takes a few minutes for the mail to show up.
I don’t do much crafting but I’m psure the crafter has to click a button to “complete” the transaction.
If they don’t after, I think, 30 mins all your mats and gold are returned and the transaction is canceled.
I got the item back it just didnt come back as upgraded. All mats gone.
hmm,any chance you had 2 of those, maybe had one in your bags or something, and the wrong one was upgraded?
Check you bank, all of your inventory.
No I’ve only ever crafted one of them.

might get lucky if you also post in the Customer Support forum and a a blue takes a look at it.

idk, if you’ll get your crafted item or not, but worth a try. Especially if it’s actually bugged and it happens to other players.
I opened a ticket they basically refused to look at yhe images and told me they couldnt so anything and to post on the forum.

It shows as the current item as if it wasnt upgraded.
I meant the optional reagents section
It shows the original mats as if it hadnt been upgraded. Like the lower level crest and no matrix
Did you ask the crafter why they broke everything
