Gear catchup feels better temporarily

At least, IMO. because it’s early season. Aspirant gear on new 60’s feels nice due to it being closer to duelist gear from last season. My priest went from unplayable in unranked conquest gear from s1 (completely outdated i know. 207 ilvl lmao.) to 242ish in pvp.

Right now feels like the best time to start queueing on a new character. In a few weeks when everyones decked out it’s going to go back to the absurd power gaps.

Good luck anyone. Also looking for people who’re available in very small windows horde side. I get only a few hours to play each night and I’m trying to queue whatever. Ideally RLS. Or someone who can be patient with me as I relearn lock. Or chill rogues I can heal in 2s.

Not pushing anything just trying to play the game.

I just don’t get why there’s 7 ranks to honor gear?

Purchase the item for ~500 honor. = Running a Normal

Upgrade the item for ~500 honor. = Running a Heroic.

I think it’s genuinely to waste our time. Because time is literally money for them. There’s no good reason. Unless they’re gonna pull a Battlefront 2 and it’s “A sense of pride and accomplishment.”

What I do know is that I can tank duelists on my priest now, as opposed to relying on greater fade as holy to live for long enough that my rogue kills something the week before the season ended when I came back. So, at least for now, I’m happy it’s early season.

P.S your mog is great. I love it.

100% agree, I have a feral druid getting up to almost 250ish Ilvl in pvp so far with the honor gear. Helping alot. Solo shuffle has also helped alot practice in 3s. No cc chains but I get to practice leap, stun, clone, focus interupts on a new class while dpsing and healing. Great time to start an alt. Did the new zone and all conduits are now 226 ilvl now on my alt 2.

I get why it’s there, I’m just disgusted with Blizzard’s prioritizing of cash first, player enjoyment second
