I played from Vanilla through early Cata, I pugged my way through every bit of BC content. I joined a guild for Wrath because the only consistent pug was only for Naxx and they ninja’d everything from Saph and KT anyway. GDKP though? I never heard of it until the Classic era. DKP sure, but not GDKP. So maybe it existed on some servers, but it definitely wasn’t as common as it is now.
