The problem wasn’t gdkps
The root of the problem is allowing it to be controlled by third party RMT

I wouldn’t be surprised if they monitor people’s transactions of gold between characters during the 2 hour window of loot being able to be traded

I’m pretty sure blizzard has the power to look into something like that…
The problem now is blizzard going to take it that seriously but how can they enforce outside of that

on the surface it seems unenforcable, but they seem to have some kind of plan we’ll have to wait and see what it is.

i’m guessing they have thought of this and won’t be targeting gdkp advertisements, but something along the lines of inhibiting trade related to raid / raid items. I don’t think they can do it without negatively impacting quality of life, but until we see what their plan is we will not know.
