“He is one of the few, who never complains about what he has to do. He is a Cook, but he will Clean, Wash Dishes, take out the Garbage, etc. Anything they need, he will do. That is why they love him so much there.”

Those type of workers are hard to find, so yeah they value it and know what they have. It helps him greatly, very smart on his part [and really it’s not a lot of work, and fills time].

Can have all kinds of awards. One for the greatest trolling another for the greatest RP, another for the most witty, even another for the most caring post, etc.

Well, hell, let’s do it one of these days! Set up categories and invite people to participate. The show might even last a few minutes before getting flagged! 
It would be flagged…biggest troll, drama queen, best least dressed, etc… Would be funny though. People would love and hate it all at once. lol
