sorry mate
Woohoo! My work day is over. One more then another day off yeeeeaaaas
Oh no! I do believe the mistake may have been mine. I remember asking for pictures of them a while back but I wouldnāt have if Iād have realized they were gone. That was incredibly rude of me and I am sorry. I was under the assumption that you had at least the two currently. I am so very sorry for your loss, Hanse. At least they are together while watching over you. Man, that really stinks(Iād use much stronger language if not on the forums). hugs if wanted or the social distancing air fist bump if preferred
Doing okish. Some days the anxiety/depression duo win and some days they lose. Today they are losing which is a nice change of pace.
While Iād love to dive in and get another pet I think now might not be the right time. Our oldest rattie Kichi is still with us but is very much showing her age. Hoping some day down the road though. They are such cute little things.

Just posting that again. Iām sorry for bringing them up and making you upset.
Do you have any routine that helps, or is it more of a good days/ bad days type of thing
The Elfageddon is upon us, and I look forward to serving my new masters.

mmmm an elf empire yummy
Itās all good. Please. Itās easier sharing the joy they gave than to dwell on loss.

Edit: My phone seems to want to post before finishing said post. Lol.
A regular routine would probably be very helpful. Keeping busy is good as is going outdoors. While I love the rain too many gloomy days in a row without the sun can trigger my depression as well. Which might be part of why motorcycling agrees with me as much as it does. I wish the hubby could transfer to Austin, Texas for work. LOL it has plenty of sun and my best friend lives there. It would be a win/win in my book!
Yeah, them shorter winter days send me there too
Still trying to get back into a routine in our new world - some of my older escapes probably arenāt as safe as they once were
oh boyā¦ itās an ELF-alanche out there.
this thread looks like a nice place to shelter today
i donāt know we got a lot of elfs here
I thought we were bunnies? Either way only nice elves hang out in here mostly.
This has taken some time to get used to for us as well. Hoping that the new-new-normal ends up better than what we had before.
I am sorry to hear that. Do you still have a few that are safe? Might be a good time to experiment with a new creative outlet.
I find the mute thread feature works wonders for maintaining sanity. Especially once it becomes clear no one is interested in listening as I can only stomach so much bullhorn shouting passing as discussion.
Itās like Sunday on steroids out there right now. Yikes!
If anyone is looking for a change of pace and wanted to talk about SL instead go check out The āMeaningful Choiceā Fallacy. OP makes a few valid points and it would at least make for an interesting constructive read not concerning elves high blue or otherwise.
āNOBULLY!!! So glad to see you are still doing okay!ā

Thanks for the headās up on that thread. The OPs post was brilliant, even if one doesnāt agree with all of it. She really set a standard that will, unfortunately, not be respected.
Two things.
yessssssssssss!!
still chugging alongā¦
keeping myself busy with crafty things (still havenāt finished my 1:12 kitchen)
got side-tracked and started making a sun-catcher.
ā¦then pulled apart my āgnome homeā to dust everything, and decided stuff needed to be re-arrangedā¦ so now iāve got a bunch of gnomes and fairies and tiny animals waiting for a bath.
Not a problem! Glad that you liked it.
