Same here! First manager left 2 months after i was hired. We didnt have a manager for a year. The next manager just sat around in the BoH. And i was the person who went to the other stores in our district to help when the were short staffed. It was a rough job, but it was fun too.
The other night i had a dream i was making a Latte and i woke up as i began to steam the milk. So i went back to sleep to queue the shots and finish the drink before i woke up for work.
Good God. This feels way too similar⌠/shudder
I had a dream where I was making my cold brew. I miss my cold brew. No chance in hell that Iâm paying over $7 for it though⌠
Also several nightmares from that hideous DT headset bell. That thing haunts my dreams.
My favorite was the Cool Lime Refresher and adding a pump or 2 of Classic syrup. It made it taste more fruity and tropical!
I covered at a DT once but was only on Cafe. All the stores in my district were Cafe only. I do hear the timers in my dreams though.
I loved when i closed. I would set the timers to ring as the openers would get in 
As i closed for 2 years straight i had to have some fun right?
I closed every night and did the same thing

Sanlay proceeds to turn into mist again I canât cause anyone else to leave the lounge. So I decided the lounge is better with the basement being an open domain. I will return from time to time. He sounded sincere for once

You are not the first one to Make Cyndilou leave the lounge. Iâve done it a few times, if she doesnât like something someone does she leaves. If she doesnât like something someone says she leaves. She is a nice person who makes awesome cookies, but the packing up of the Cookie Corner and leaving with the /cry is something Iâve seen dozens of times.
I loved closing! Or maybe i just like cleaning. But i had such a rythm down. We had one shift who i swear just wanted us to be in chaos. She would literally break a bar down and just leave it in the sink while we had a line lol
