Trying not to bake. Today’s weather is “Abundant sunshine” and like 86 degrees. Soooo I’m pretty glad I have a working Air-conditioner.

Well I kind of limped my 5k. By mostly luck we got one of my friends that I haven’t gotten to talk to in a few months on City last night. It was fun to run as a group, but if anyone is worse at sleep than I am, they are. Well at staying asleep, they are the undisputed champ of falling asleep. They managed to pass out in the middle of a mission. Used to do that on the way home from concerts too, which is why I never let them drive.
Anyway, I woke up at like 2am and checked to see if they had logged back on. No such luck, but the interruption meant my hips and knees were hurting this morning.
How’s your back, and also Crash?

Silly hazelnut, continuing to sleep is important.

My back is better, though my arms still need some healing.
Crash is fun, remembering more and more of it. Unlocking Fake Crash and N.Tropy is gonna be quite hard though /shudders.

Yea it was nice to pretend that it was eight years ago again. Yea I worry that one of these days he’s going to pass out and end up off the road, but I’ve said as much in the past. 35 on that character. Which means I can start doing the brainless raid.

Been taking that muscular relaxant, only take it with omeprazole, still need some time before I can take it without it.
Seems like it, is a fun thing though.
Unlocking and beating his ghost on all tracks in the time trial mode. Which means doing the laps very very fast without any items. Is the hardest thing in the game, after that Oxide ghost appears and is even faster but beating him doesn’t award anything. Back in the day I beat Tropy and even many of Oxide’s ghosts but that was back in the day when I lived and breathed this game heh.

The Rikti Mothership Raid. You pretty much stand as a stack and tab target aliens for 45 minutes. Sometimes longer if people are on the ball.
Well as rarely as I get to talk to them, I didn’t want to lose the opportunity.

Did they say how long you would have to use the Omeprazole?
I’m prone to nostalgia, but right now it seems everyone is. Warcraft Classic, Starwars Galaxies, City of Heroes, the “new thing” is the old thing.
What do you mean beating him doesn’t award anything? Like just for that track. You dead say you have to beat all of his ghosts to unlock him though?
I’m sure you will get it. I mean you beat all of the crazy old Crash jumping game levels.

Back when games weren’t infected by greed, e-sports focus or politics, good ol’ times.
Beating Oxide doesn’t award anything, you just get a high score I guess. Beating Tropy on all tracks unlocks him.
Heh I think this is even harder! but yeah, it will just take a while. For Fake Crash I have to win the purple cup, which isn’t hard but to unlock the purple cup I have to beat 4 crystal gathering challenges that are quite harsh, only beat one so far.

Lots of loot. It used to be the best way to farm the really powerful sets to put in skills, but they reduced the conversion rate on the Vanguard merits you get.
Will just have to see. They probably are driving back off to some other state again today.

Seems like a long time, but I guess you did kind of make some drastic changes to your stomach.
Were they, or did we just notice it less?
So beating it without items spawns the Oxide ghost? So how do you spawn the Tropy ghost?
So I’m guessing these crystals are like on secret shortcuts ect on the maps.

Not sure about the greed part but the rest are new.
Ok, let’s start at the beginning. Time trial mode is a mode where you race alone, there’s no item boxes or fruit along the map, you just have to finish it as fast as possible to get a high score, the computer saves your highest score and repeats what you played as a ghost while you race. The fastest you run, you start unlocking the other ghost and so.

No, they are on the combat maps, not hard to get but you one have one minute to get all of them, 20 total and sometimes they are between TNT boxes or worse so that’s the harsh part, their hitbox to get them is also really small.
