There was the defeat from the sisters Luna and Celestia, not sure if that was a death, but when he was defeated the Crystal Empire went with him
Crystal Empire appears after 1,000 years, Sombra appears again, killed by the main 6.
He was brought back to life than killed by the main 6 again.
His lore is wishy washy about how he turned and where he came from.

runs over to “cookie corner” and above a cookie poster is a large giant jar of dragon sizes chocolate chip cookies
sits on giant chocolate chip cookie beanbag chair than opens jar of giant chocolate chip cookies and eats one
opens mini refrigerator, grabs gallon of milk and drinks it all
