Uses chat GPT to create an epic pointless reply with no tldr at the end. Follows up with the clown emoji and dropping the mic while claiming to block anyone who disagrees.
its over anakin! i’ve used the clown emoji after quoting you!
“High elves for the alliance!”
“Ogres for the horde!”
“Sethrak”
I’ll count this towards votes towards my suggestion.
what was your suggestion? sorry i scrolled a bit through the thread and didn’t see it.
Also using ChatGPT to summarize main points of a megathread in order to make brand new thread of said rehashed summary. At least 3 more times, with different titles.
This is starting to sound less like Bingo and more like Jeopardy:
“I’ll take Things Warcraft Forum Dwellers do/say/post for $500 Alex.”
Mostly the same idea of, RRr, I win argument clownface
In my defense, I replied to the wrong thread.
People who spam emotes in a passive aggressive way seem to universally be people who have no idea how to articulate a point.
… Meanwhile, me 5 years ago when they redid the forums and added emojis.
Was disappointed to find out that I was only the 4th person to bring that abomination to GD.
is it under ffxiv?

My observations about this issue is that you have a part of you that does seem genuine and earnest, but then there’s a part of you that also seems condescending and combative.
I suspect that you think there are people trolling and being intellectually dishonest and that’s when you put them into a ‘stupid’ box where you talk to them quite harshly. I mean, there’s no doubt there are some people like that on the forums, and I’d be a hypocrite to say I’ve not done that myself, but the danger of this mindset is that genuine/innocent people get caught in the crosshairs and it makes them feel hurt or feel like “what did I say to incite such a harsh response?”
In my own experience with internet arguments, I’ve had to learn how to pick my battles and not take on a role where I feel like I need to ‘defend’ things because that’s when I start to cloud my judgement about people and/or assume ill-intent when there was none. This isn’t directed at you specifically, it’s my observation about the entire forum. It get’s very consuming and unhealthy. Sometimes people just really don’t know what they don’t know, and they’re passionate about the ideas they have and feel sad when it instantly gets shot down or they get made out to be a bad person. It’s not always ill-intentions. But in cases where there is, then go wild. They deserve a good talking-down to lmao.
It’s really a lesson in discernment.
Boulders from Bread, now bites from Fuzz… dis is a hostile work environment.
[Insert faux outrage]
I need to speak to a manager.
Yep! You’re not wrong. I try to iron those ones out when I can and I do need to be more mindful, I agree. But they aren’t really the issue right here in this thread.
It’s a certain group, which includes the one that came at me in here to begin with— along with those who liked the post, that’s the issue. They harass me in different threads, post screenshots of my posts on Twitter (which is hilarious, because I don’t even use Twitter), and just keep at it to cause drama. I live rent free in their heads for some reason that I can’t fathom. I am not that interesting and if I don’t get along with someone, I just try to stay away and I don’t try to find ways to act like a jerk.
They accuse me of harassing people, yet they’re the ones always coming at me to start this type of thing like what happened in here. I don’t call them out. I don’t talk to them. I don’t disparage them. I don’t even think about them. But here we are…
Here’s one: Any time a thread is posted about anything LGBT (good or bad) and the OP’s post is hidden.
Pretty sure they already included the free space
