I just dropped enchanting for herbalism, my 2nd prof is mining which is quite maxed out currently. I have 60/60 mining fundamentals for gathering while mounted.
When I swapped from enchanting to herbalism im able to gather while mounted with 0 spec points. I havent even selected a spec yet. Good job

heh, i gather on a druid so would not have noticed this for herbalism but to be clear your saying a non druid flight form using a standard mount can gather with 0 points?

just make a druid alt for quick herbs then max the mining whole mounted spec thing. feels good
And with mining being added to sky golem in next major patch a total win win!
Couple that with the night elf shadow meld / flight form to get out of fighting pesky mobs. Feels better!
