Not sure how to describe it. A long time ago I was using a addon that tracked herbs when I picked them and I’m looking for that add-on again. Currently I have Gatherer2 or something to that name and it is nice but I am confused on hwo to use it as well.
Any opinion or points in the right direction would be greatly appriciated.
If you have Gatherer, that has been abandoned & you should get rid of it - I’m not sure it even works anymore.
If you have Gathermate2, that works. It puts little symbols on your minimap and main map any place where you have gathered an herb with a tootip indicating what plant it was. If there’s a particular plant you’re looking for there are filtering options so you can only display map symbols for that plant.
It doesn’t come with any data to start with, it just remembers everything you’ve gathered on your characters after the addon was installed. There is an additional addon called GatherMate_Data that has location info from other users; you can install that and import the data into GatherMate to get yourself jumpstarted if you wish.
Alright that sounds like what I was looking for - and I checked and I have Gathermate2 so it works just like the original add-on I had years ago back in… Cata maybe, memory is fuzzy. Thank you so much Tureja
