All not work in old addons resources
although the elixir Darkmoon Firewater WORK
it is not stated anywhere that buffs from items do not work outside of Dragonflight
For skinning, the only journal window that show the % increases from Finess/Deftness/Perception is the Dragon Isles window - the other expansions do not show that. So I think it’s implied that those increases are not intended to work outside the Dragon Isles. I would love to be wrong, though.
What a bs - we got nerfs to worgen/tauren gathering speed to never get it back outside of DI?
