I have never been in a raid where ‘standard’ WBs (Dragonslayer & ZG) were not required. Now that we have Chronos and the WB Tokens, every raid is expected to have WBs.
Also. No on runs current content in normal mode. MC H1 has seen a rather massive uptick because MC is being run for Reals, only, now.
And again, I wasn’t complaining. I was clarifying (if you will) what “minimal amount of necessary prep” now entails.
The ‘bar’ of what’s considered minimum for a person looking to raid is a lot higher than most think.
There are plenty of things in World of Warcraft that are fun after doing them 5 times. Kara is especially not fun, because 1) The average group is worse nowadays 2) It takes forever to find a group if you’re a dps 3) The light mechanic is especially punishing if a single person in your group is clueless.
So, mix all that together, and the average runs have gotten way worse over time, not better. Making it much less fun to run.
oh no! the game that people have spent effort and time into gearing up and being prepared for content requires people to spend effort and time into being prepared for content!!!?
