Orcish-Hitler was an old-god sympathizer and a racist to boot.
He also couldn’t handle the consequences of his actions just like Sylvanas and was a whiny brat, blaming everyone but himself for his own downfall like a child.

Both are fictional cartoon characters in a video game. Neither are capable of caring. The new team at Blizzard shouldn’t have been trusted to write stories worthy of them.

No, he cared about all of them until the leaders of said races started going behind his back. That’s what caused him not to trust anyone except orcs.

Sure, he considered the other races of the Horde weaker than Orcs and Tauren, which is why he had them defend Orgrimmar. Vol’jin and Garrosh never saw eye to eye, which is why he kicked the Darkspears out of Orgrimmar. But he had absolute respect for strength. You had to show him that you were worthy of being called an ally of the Horde.
He had great respect towards the Blood Elves and their actions in the Northrend campaign because they were a driving force and fought incredibly hard to ensure victory, and he witnessed it. And a number of Blood Elves have risen up the ranks in the Horde as leaders and some of the best spies. You also have to remember that there were Blood Elves within the highest ranks of the Kor’kron Guard, the most elite fighting force of the Horde.
If you were strong and carried your own weight, you were respected. Everyone under Garrosh’s leadership was expendable if you didn’t show promise. When everyone is working hard, why do you get to be the only one that slacks off? That didn’t fly under his leadership.
He wanted what was best for his people and the only way to achieve that was through conquest. The events of the Cataclysm left the Horde lands with scarce resources, which is why he invaded Ashenvale. He needed to make sure that the Horde would stay alive. All the races under the Horde banner were his people, he just favored Orcs and Tauren because they were naturally strong over the others, that had to prove themselves. His disdain were for the people in his Horde that were whining.
And he wasn’t an Old God sympathizer. He saw the power of the Sha as an opportunity to strengthen the Horde against the Alliance. However it had the opposite effect. He was influenced by the Sha of Pride and gravitated towards it as it used his emotion of Pride against him, since he was the most prideful. and the Sha of Pride was the most powerful Sha than all of the others combined.

Because that was not the garrosh we had.
The Garrosh we had a was petulant child, who could not handle the consquences of his own actions, blamed everyone else, was an outright blatant racist against anyone that wasn’t an orc, and conspired with old gods for power.
I don’t know what lala lands your off in, but reality is blatantly written out for you.
