Imagine if they gave him a better death. Like Grom was forced to drink the blood along with Kilrogg and he decided to save the honor of what was left of the Iron Horde. Have him die in an effort to save Grom and turn him back to normal. Anything would have been better than that fight with Thrall.

She was using raw Death Magic not Void Magic nor even the Maw’s usual Death Magic(which is Grey)!

How about we call them both the genocidal traitors they are and be done with it.
garrosh only wanted to make the horde how they were meant to be and as they where when he was a kid and when it was started sylvanas was leading the horde back to that but dump brutes betrayed her and joined the alliance also pissing her off making her realise this horde is nothing it isn’t the horde anymore but mearly a action of alliance lapdogs and cant be saved atm.
anything the writers say is canon. and they can go back and change it at a whim. arguing about motivation is pointless as long as the writers twist story and characters to suit their needs at any particular time. they could finish SL with sylvanus showing that it was all an elaborate plot to save the universe and guess what… it would be canon.
Garrosh’s Horde was the “proper” Horde .

Garrosh had reasons for what he did but sylvanas is a cartoon villain from a bad tv show that is evil to be E-VIL
It is indeed, hopefully AU Gromm isn’t dead and we can maybe see a true orc in the near future

Garrosh probably wins the award for “Character Most Screwed Over by Story Devs.” (If not him, then it’s Kael’thas.) He had everything set up for him to have a character development arc during Cataclysm that could have turned him into the “Greatest Warchief” like the bronze dragon told us all other Garroshes turned out to be.
And what happens? They go in the other direction with him because “they don’t want to make him too much like Thrall.” What a complete crock.

Sad also because the Sylvanus thing, she is a female and Garrosh is male. Just pointing out the obvious.
I am sorry but YOU are nothing, Humans are ALL NOTHING. I can say this because in the grand scope we are nothing. There is things so much bigger then us that in the end we are nothing.
If you could see yourselves as I see you, Toy soldiers in tin plate (Alliance) Beasts that howl for honor (The horde traitors) Standing as one savior it nothing lasts.
This shows how its because she views us as small in the grand scheme, it also is saying the Alliance between the fake horde and the alliance will not last. The war will happen again.

Great character turned bad, if you ask me.
I absolutely loved that they were finally showing a Horde leader to have a consequentialist streak – someone that was willing to commit the short-term evils for a long-term good. And sure, that’s all perspective. But it’s as he said to Vol’jin in Krasarang:
“This is the difference between me and you, Vol’jin. I won’t let MY people starve to death in the desert. I will stop at nothing - NOTHING - to ensure a proud and glorious future for the orcs and anyone with the courage to stand with us.”
This was long before they took him down that cliché “corruption” route every good story apparently likes to take, like with The Illusive Man in Mass Effect and many other games. And he had to go full on baddie. Tragic.
I just can’t believe some players are still trying to defend her.
